More time with friends, part one

Last night after our beach adventure Anna and I spent the night at the home of our friends Dan, Karissa, Lillian and Caleb. Anna and Lillian had such a good time playing together this morning!

Yep, a sleeping baby on the table :). Don't worry, Karissa didn't really abandon her baby on the dining room table. She was with him, but I asked her to step away for a moment so I could snap a photo.

Special visitors

Today we went to Holland to hang out with our friend Carla (visiting from Canada) and other friends from college. We also had surprise visitors- Jacinta came with two of her girls. We were all excited to meet Brooklyn for the first time and Anna and Sierra became instant buds.

Today we had the opportunity to go to Holland and visit with friends we hadn't seen for a long time. We visited the beach and had a picnic. My camera battery died shortly after we arrived, but our friend Rachel Henderson was kind enough to take some photos of Anna enjoying her apples at the park. Grandma and Grandpa Dutra are in town for the weekend. Today we swam in the pool at their hotel and Anna dressed up for them.

We have a cardboard box at our house of random items that Anna likes to dress up. She is especially fond of the hats. Tonight we discovered that the sparkle shirt is especially fun when there is direct sunlight coming in. Do you remember that shirt, Catie?
