Wisconsin Trip, Day One

Today we drove to Wisconsin to attend my cousin Philip's Eagle Scout ceremony tomorrow. Keeping Anna happy and entertained was difficult due to lots of construction slow downs and stops to pay tolls. We were all happy to arrive safe and sound and to enjoy dinner out with our family.

My cousin Amelia did a great job of keeping Anna entertained at the restaurant. Thank you, Amelia!

Today Anna and I spent some time with my friend Bekah and her son Seth.

Seth and Anna had a great time playing together. Unfortunately Anna kept trying to pull up using Seth as leverage. So sorry, Seth!

Anna thought it was pretty neat to have a buddy riding with her in the car.

We took the kids to Meijer, where Anna modeled a new look.

I always thought it was sort of silly that they make highchairs with crazy designs on them because the kids don't see them anyway. Today Anna proved me wrong. During lunch she kept turning her head back and forth to look at the animals.

Since Anna has been on the move she has been having lots of fun exploring!

Tonight we stopped by the library to pick up a book and stayed awhile to let Anna play. She loves their school bus!
